Sheldon, IA- Donating blood is an easy way to impact patients lives at Sanford Sheldon. The students at Sheldon High School are doing just that. They have decided to host blood drives throughout the years to help directly save the lives of many community members. In fact, the high school has hosted over 33 blood drives and saved up to 3,600 lives. When a student, staff member or community person decides to give blood on the Community Blood Bank’s bloodmobile the donation goes directly to those patients in need at Sanford Sheldon and can save up to three people’s lives.
Make the difference at this community tradition, give blood with the students and staff of Sanford Sheldon on Monday, October 30 from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
